A beautifully designed greeting card to accompany your Carnation House flowers. Choose from Blank for your own message, Happy Birthday, or With Love — each card is the perfect finishing touch to your floral gift.
- Standard delivery £6.95 — next working day to most UK mainland postcodes
- Order before 2pm Monday–Friday for next day dispatch
- Need delivery on a specific date? Contact us before ordering and we will do our best to arrange it
- Fresh flowers are perishable — we are unable to accept returns, but if your flowers arrive in poor condition please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right
- Trim 2–3cm from the stems at a 45° angle before placing in water
- Use a clean vase with fresh, cool water — change the water every 2 days
- Keep away from direct sunlight, draughts, and ripening fruit
- Remove any leaves sitting below the waterline to prevent bacteria
- Carnations typically last 7–14 days with proper care
- Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. - Do the flowers come in a vase?
Bouquets are hand-wrapped in our signature luxury packaging — a vase is not included, but we recommend a tall cylindrical vase for carnations. - What if nobody is home?
Our courier will attempt delivery and leave a card. For time-sensitive gifts we recommend providing a work address or neighbour instruction at checkout. - Can I include a personal message?
Yes — add your message in the order notes at checkout and we will include a handwritten card. - Can I order a custom arrangement?
