Delivery & Returns

Carnation House delivers premium bouquets across the UK from our studio in Hamilton, Scotland. Standard delivery is £6.95 and next working day delivery is available to most UK mainland postcodes.

• We deliver Monday to Friday — next working day to most UK mainland postcodes.
• Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery.
• Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
• If you need flowers for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Every bouquet is hand-arranged and carefully wrapped in Carnation House packaging before dispatch. Please unpack your flowers as soon as possible, trim the stems, and place them into fresh water.

Fresh flowers are perishable, so we are unable to accept traditional returns. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.
