Carnation House is based in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. We hand-arrange premium carnation bouquets and selected seasonal flowers for delivery across the UK.

Standard UK delivery is £6.95. Delivery options and final costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Yes — next working day delivery is available Monday to Friday to most UK mainland postcodes. Order before 2pm for next day delivery. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We deliver Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

If you need flowers for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help. A dedicated delivery date picker is not currently available at checkout.

Bouquets are hand-wrapped in our signature Carnation House packaging. A vase is not included unless stated on the product page.

Yes — add your message in the order notes at checkout and we will include it with your flowers.

Premium carnations typically last 7–14 days with proper care. Trim the stems, refresh the water every two days, and keep them away from direct heat, draughts, and ripening fruit.

Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept traditional returns. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
