Flower Drop
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before entering. Closing date: 31st October 2026.
1. The Promoter
This competition (the “Competition”) is promoted by Carnation House Ltd, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC876988, whose registered office is at 10 Eliot Terrace, Lowaters, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML3 6SW (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Any questions about the Competition should be sent to info@carnationhouse.com. Please do not send queries to any social media platform.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Entries that do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition or its administration.
Entrants must have a valid UK delivery address and a working email address. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested before a prize is awarded.
4. Competition period
The Competition closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31st October 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted, and we accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or withdraw the Competition where circumstances reasonably require it. Any change will be published on this page.
5. How to enter
To enter, complete the entry form on the Competition page with your first name and email address, and tick the consent box confirming that you wish to join the Carnation House newsletter.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entering the Competition does not require you to buy anything, and buying anything does not increase your chance of winning.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries made in bulk, by automated means, by third parties, or using multiple or disposable email addresses will be disqualified. Entries must be made by the entrant personally.
Following the Promoter on social media and sharing the Competition are optional and do not form a condition of entry.
6. Newsletter sign-up
Entry to the Competition includes sign-up to the Carnation House newsletter. This is made clear before entry and requires you to actively tick the consent box on the entry form.
The newsletter contains new collection launches, offers, floral inspiration and occasional competitions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing info@carnationhouse.com. Unsubscribing after entry does not affect a valid entry already made.
7. The prizes
One grand prize winner will receive a Carnation House bouquet to the value of £150, arranged by us and delivered to a single UK address.
One runner-up will receive a Carnation House gift voucher to the value of £75, valid for 12 months from the date of issue against products on carnationhouse.com.
There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes cannot be exchanged, resold or used in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary — for example, seasonal availability of particular flowers. Flowers are a natural product and the bouquet supplied may differ in appearance from images used to advertise the Competition.
Delivery of the grand prize is to UK addresses only and will be arranged on a mutually convenient date agreed with the winner. The winner is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for ensuring the delivery can be received.
8. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date, by an independent process or by a person independent of the Competition, within 14 days of the closing date.
Winners will be notified by email to the address supplied on entry within 7 days of the draw. Winners must respond and confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner details
The surname and county of the winners, and a copy of these terms, are available for one month after the closing date by emailing info@carnationhouse.com. Winners may object to the publication of this information, in which case the Promoter will comply with its obligations by supplying the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Winners may be invited, but are never required, to take part in publicity relating to the Competition.
10. Your data
The Promoter, Carnation House Ltd (company number SC876988), 10 Eliot Terrace, Lowaters, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML3 6SW, is the data controller for personal data collected through the Competition. We collect your first name and email address, together with a record of the consent you gave, the wording shown to you and the date and time it was given.
This data is used to administer the Competition and to send you our newsletter. Our lawful basis for administering the Competition is the performance of a contract with you under these terms; our lawful basis for sending marketing email is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
11. Entry discount code
Entrants may be offered a discount code as a thank you for entering. The code CH10 gives £10 off a single order with a minimum spend of £50, is limited to one use per customer, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, excludes delivery charges and gift vouchers, and is valid until 31st December 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the code at any time.
12. Social media platforms
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. Entrants release those platforms from any and all liability in connection with the Competition. Any information provided by entrants is provided to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.
13. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received due to technical failure, network issues or any cause outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the Competition or from acceptance or use of a prize. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these terms, tampered with the entry process, or acted fraudulently or in a manner that is unfair to other entrants.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Competition, are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
